Stretch Finance is a leading provider of revenue-based bridge financing solutions for small to lower middle market companies in the United States of America. A Stretch Loan is a instrument that empowers businesses when faced with growth pains and/or liquidity constraints. A business with insufficient working capital or cash availability finds strategic and use-case value in our stretch loan to finance the growth needs. Though stretch loans offer convenience and covenant-lite stipulations, repayment terms/durations do not exceed 24 months.

A business might take out a stretch loan to cover working capital deficiencies for a short period of time. For example, suppose a small-medium business enterprise (SMB) wants to buy fresh inventory to restock its warehouse, but has not yet collected on an accounts receivable balance from one of its major customers…the SMB enterprise could take out a stretch loan from Stretch Finance to cover the inventory purchase or front a supplier deposit. When it collects on the accounts receivable, it can pay back the stretch loan, stress-free.

If an SMB doesn’t already have a working capital facility in place due to insufficient assets to serve as collateral, we can still streamline a stretch loan accommodation for businesses that qualify. In the event an SMB already has an existing facility in place, Stretch Finance can work with senior lenders, by way of intercreditor arrangements, and still make stretch loans available.

Does your business find itself in any of the following scenarios?

  • Unable to take advantage of preferential purchasing opportunities.
  • Unable to fulfill large or unexpected customer orders.
  • Unable to secure additional funding through senior creditor facility provider.
  • Unable to expand and/or grow due to capitalization.
  • Needing a bridge to receivable recognition, liquidity event or an M&A event.

Our stretch piece structures are:

  • Non-dilutive
  • Covenant-light
  • Flexible – i.e. right-sized and tailored to the future cash flows of the business
